Now Open – No need for car keys when the YMCA is just steps away from your door! Open to members 24/7, the gym's facilities include complete equipment for strength and endurance training (free weights, cardio, etc.) not to mention an open basketball court. Full membership is included for all residents of the Grove!

Experience beautiful and peaceful walks on the trails bordering an adjacent nature preserve. With more paths in development, you'll have access to over a mile of trails.
Gather around the Fireside with Friends
Unwind by the fireside with friends and neighbors. We supply free firewood and even provide comfy all-weather Adirondack chairs! The fire pits are the perfect spot for evening get-togethers.
Treat Your Dog at the Park
This one's for you dog-lovers. The community even caters to the needs of its four-legged residents. Whether your pet needs room to run or just do their business, the on-site fenced-off dog park provides a safe play space for even your most hyper terriers and labs. It's even password protected, ensuring privacy for residents!

Adventure is out there! The Market Street Bike Trail is just a block from the Grove. The trail interconnects with Winona Lake's roughly 9-miles of mountain bike trails for plenty of two-wheel fun.

Coming soon, the Grove’s playground promises a safe and joyful space where children can laugh, play, and grow together. More than a play area—it's a great place for you and your kids or grand kids to get to know your neighbors.

The Grove has been carefully planned with safety in mind. Streets are designed to slow the limited traffic flow while wide, well-lit walkways and greenspaces make for comfortable strolls away from roadways. What’s more, lawn & landscape care and snow removal are all included at the Grove.
